Students are taught the background knowledge that many
professional artists use the technique of grid lines to enlarge
pictures for large murals and designs. Show pictures from
internet of large murals on the sides of buildings.
Students are each given page 1 and as a class,
complete each animal together.
After page one is completed, students are given
page 2 and allowed to duplicate the bird on their own,
If there is time remaining, the students may color the four animals.
